Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Uverus Health website, platform, or service (including HealthHub and WellBank), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Uverus Health provides health technology platforms including but not limited to insurance management, wellness tracking, and custom healthcare solutions. Access to specific features depends on your subscription, deployment model, and user role.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platforms.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by Uverus Health is our proprietary property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services as intended.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data practices described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uverus Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
